Regulations concerning the changing of the official flag of the Federation of Caroline Charlotte

Art. 1 The flag of Caroline Charlotte will now be changed and substituted indefinitely with the new flag, which will automatically become the official flag of the Federation. Given at Caroline Charlotte, on this first day of May, year 2010. Appendix 1: the new flag |
