Disposizioni riguardanti la Legione Militare Salvo D'Acquisto

Art. 1
La Legione Militare Salvo d'Acquisto (da ora "Legione") viene stabilita per ricompensare un notevole servizio, come segno di rispetto e riconoscimento, raggiunto nella carriera militare.

Art. 2
La Legione è divisa in quattro classi: Legionario, Ufficiale, Comandante e Comandante in Capo.

Art.3
La Legione può essere concessa alla memoria.

Art.4
La Legione può essere concessa non solo a membri delle Forze Armate St.Charliane, ma anche a ufficiali e truppa di un reparto militare estero, ed a reparti militari, i cui membri abbiano compiuto collettivamente atti di cui all'art. 1.

Art. 5
Il Ministro della Difesa esamina le azioni compiute ed esprime il suo parere sulla concessione della ricompensa.

Art. 6
Non può conseguire la croce al merito di servizio, l’Ente o la persona che non appartiene ad un organico militare.

Regulations concerning the Salvo D’Acquisto Military Legion

Art. 1
The Salvo D’Acquisto Military Legion (from now on mentioned as “Legion”) is established to reward, as a sign of respect and acknowledgement, remarkable service in the military.

Art. 2
The Legion is divided in four classes: Legionnaire, Officer, Commander and Commander in Chief

Art. 3
The Legion may be awarded posthumously

Art. 4
The Legion can be awarded not only to members of the St.Charlian Armed Forces, but also to soldiers and officers of foreign militaries, and to military units whose members have collectively carried out displays of the qualities outlined in art. 1.

Art. 5
The Minister of Defence examines the actions performed and decides whether or not to reward the individual or unit.

Art.6
Non-military individuals or units cannot be awarded the Meritorious Service Cross
