Disposizioni riguardanti la Televisione di Stato

Vista la presenza delle Radioaudizioni Circolari St.Charliane (o St.Charlie Broadcasting Network)
Viste le difficoltà registrate per aggiornare il palinsesto
Considerando il concetto di "video autorizzati" come "filmati prodotti esclusivamente da cittadini St.Charliani e/o filmati appartenenti ai proprietari dei canali Livestream usati da St.Charlie e/o filmati autorizzati per trasmissione sulla RCSC (o SCBN) e/o filmati del St.Charlie Action News"
Considerando che l'uso delle RCSC (o SCBN) è calato vertiginosamente nel 2010
L'Assemblea Generale decide quanto segue:
Art. 1
I canali "St.Charlie 2", "St.Charlie 3", "St.Charlie Italia" e "St.Charlie Music" sospendono a tempo indeterminato le loro attività e interrompono la trasmissione.
Art. 2
Il canale "St.Charlie Armed Forces TV" viene riconosciuto da ora come rete privata ed è indipendente quindi dal Governo St.Charliano.
Art. 2.1
Il canale ha diritto a richiedere in futuro il riconoscimento come rete statale a patto di trasmettere solo video autorizzati.
Art. 3
Il canale "St.Charlie 1" sospende a tempo indeterminato l'attività.
Art. 3.1
Il ruolo del canale diventa ora quello di trasmissione in diretta, e non, di filmati autorizzati.
Art. 4
Il canale di Youtube "StCharlieBroadcast" è da ora considerato come canale principale delle RCSC (o SCBN).
Art. 5
L'Assemblea Generale ha diritto, attraverso emendamenti, di modificare il seguente decreto.

Noting the existance of the Radioaudizioni Circolari St.Charliane (or St.Charlie Broadcasting Network)
Noting the numerous issues recorded for updating the channels
Considering the term "authorized videos" for "videos produced exclusiveli by St.Charlian citizens and/or videos belongning to the owners of the Livestream channels used by St.Charlie and/or videos authorized for broadcast on the RCSC (or SCBN) and/or videos of the St.Charlie Action News"
Considering that the use of the RCSC (or SCBN) has declined dramatically throughout 2010
The General Assembly decides as follows:
Art. 1
The channels "St.Charlie 2", "St.Charlie 3", "St.Charlie Italia" and "St.Charlie Music" suspend for an indefinite time their activity and interrupt broadcasting.
Art. 2
The channel "St.Charlie Armed Forces TV" is now recognized as a private network and is therefore independent from the St.Charlian Government.
Art. 2.1
The channel has the right to be recognized again as part of the State television only if it broadcasts authorized videos.
Art. 3
The channel "St.Charlie 1" suspends its activity for an indefinite time.
Art. 3.1
The main role of the channel is now live and authorized videos broadcasting.
Art. 4
The Youtube channel "StCharlieBroadcast" is not considered the main channel of the RCSC (or SCBN).
Art. 5
The General Assembly has the right to amend and modify the following decree.
