Manifesto del Partito Nazionale
Cari cittadini,
St.Charlie si sta avvicinando a due importantissimi punti di svolta: la seconda Elezione Generale della nostra storia e il secondo anniversario della nostra fondazione.
Il Partito Nazionale si è sempre posto al centro dei grandi eventi che hanno plasmato il nostro paese, essendo cresciuto ed evolutosi dal Movimento di Liberazione Nazionale che ha dato nascita alla nostra Repubblica Federale.
Per due anni, il Partito Nazionale ha lavorato duro per migliorare il nostro paese, portando avanti le più importanti riforme interne e assicurando a St.Charlie una posizione di rilievo ed di influenza nella comunità intermicronazionale.
In soli due anni, il Partito Nazionale ha trasformato una sconosciuta micronazione italiana in una nazione multi-culturale, con nuovi territori in Europa ed in America. In soli due anni, il Partito Nazionale ha permesso alla nostra nazione di diventare una delle più influenti nella comunità, portando avanti progetti innovativi e promuovendo la cooperazione tra le nazioni.
In due anni, abbiamo fatto passi da gigante, ma siamo consapevoli del fatto che molto deve ancora essere attuato. Per questo, vi chediamo il vostro voto. Insieme, riusciremo a portare avanti progetti ambiziosi ma monumentali: il Commonwealth, l’ Università, la Borsa, e tanti altri.
Con il Partito Nazionale, sapete che il vostro voto non sarà sprecato. Sapete che porteremo avanti le riforme necessarie e metteremo sempre i vostri interessi al centro della nostra azione di governo.
Il 7 Dicembre, votate Reinhardt/Schneider. Per un partito con due anni di esperienza alle spalle. Per un partito di cui potete fidarvi. Per un partito che lavorerà per voi. Per un partito che lavorerà per il futuro di St.Charlie.

Affari InterniNonostante il micronazionalismo si concentri molto sugli affari esteri, il Partito Nazionale ha sempre messo il miglioramento delle politiche interne a St.Charlie allo stesso piano della politica estera.
Fedeli a questa linea di governo, nello scorso anno abbiamo riformato il Ministero degli Interni, le forze armate e di polizia, il sistema elettorale e la distribuzione di potere tra governo centrale e le federazioni.
Con un governo Nazionale, vi promettiamo di portare avanti altre riforme importanti per il nostro paese e la sua gestione interna. Vi promettiamo di lavorare per eliminare la burocrazia inutile che ostacola l’azione di governo. Vi promettiamo di dare piu’ rilevanza alle minoranze linguistiche all’interno della Repubblica permettendo alle federazioni di avere lingue non-ufficiali considerate paritaria all’inglese e all’italiano.
Vi promettiamo di rendere più partecipativa la politica St.Charliana, aprendo le porte del Parlamento per sessioni pubbliche dove potrete interpellare il Primo Ministro su qualsiasi argomento. Vi promettiamo inoltre di togliere la cittadinanza a chi non vota per due elezioni consecutive, per una nazione più attiva.
Solo un governo Nazionale vi garantirà una nazione piu’ efficiente e unita, che mette voi al centro delle decisioni del governo.
Affari EsteriData la natura multi-culturale e cosmopolita di St.Charlie, il Partito Nazionale ha sempre portato avanti un importante agenda in materia di affari esteri.
Nella scorsa legislatura, abbiamo partecipato in maniera attiva e seria in varie organizzazioni intermicronazionali quali il GUM, l’UMI, l’OAM e la LoSS, dove i nostri rappresentanti hanno occupato posizioni di spicco. Abbiamo esteso la nostra amicizia a piu' di 30 nazioni e creato il Commonwealth St.Charliano – un organo unico nel panorama micronazionale per accogliere i nostri alleati e amici più vicini.
Un governo Nazionale promuoverà una forte politica estera, basandosi su quella che ci ha permesso di essere riconosciuti come la nazione più influente della comunità dall’OAM. Vi promettiamo di mettere al centro della nostra agenda il Commonwealth. Porteremo avanti un programma di maggiore partecipazione dei Territori Permanenti attraverso la stesura di un Charter multilaterale e la creazione di una Assemblea Generale. Metteremo in atto un piano di aiuto e “mentoring” per tutti i membri e lavoreremo per creare un mercato unico economico.
Vi promettiamo di mantenere la nostra odierna linea di politica estera, che grazie alle nostre risposte ufficiali e embarghi diplomatici ci ha permesso di superare numerose crisi; per esempio con Erusia, Atlantis ed Eniarku, da vincitori. Vi promettiamo inoltre una maggiore collaborazione con le importanti organizzazioni intermicronazionali di cui facciamo parte promuovendo la cooperazione tra i vari membri e mantendo la nostra forte posizione anti-guerra.
EconomiaIn fatto di economia, sono poche le nazioni che hanno esibito un attenzione maggiore in confronto a St.Charlie. Il Partito Nazionale si è posto di innovare completamente l’economia micronazionale, e vi promettiamo che un governo Nazionale dedichera’ particolare attenzione a questioni economiche.
In un solo anno, il Partito Nazionale ha posto le basi per un sviluppo maggiore dell’ economia, creando il primo sistema bancario virtuale della comunità, riformando il Pianeta St.Charliano e dando più potere alla Segreteria del Tesoro.
Un governo Nazionale porterà avanti i progetti più innovativi nel campo economico mai visti nel micronazionalismo. Espanderemo la Banca di St.Charlie, rendendola un effettivo strumento di prestito, ma provvederemo anche a regolarne le attività, abolendo la vendita di derivati, imponendo una contabilità seria, stabilendo costi di transazione bassi e regolando i tassi d’interesse per evitare usuria.
Creeremo la Borsa St.Charliana e privatizzeremo le compagnie di stato, dando al privato cittadino la possibilità di investire in una compagnia funzionante; e allo stesso tempo implementando misure contro la speculazione. Renderemo semplice la burocrazia e leggere le tasse per chi volesse mettere su un impresa propria. Stabiliremo una piattaforma di commercio e un mercato unico con i paesi del Commonwealth oltre a un sistema di scambio di valute virtuale.
Faremo in modo che tutti possano partecipare nell’ economia virtuale; dove con una donazione di soli 3 euro, verrano depositati nel vostro conto corrente 3000 Pianeta. Stabiliremo limiti sui salari e bonus degli impiegati statali in modo che rimangano sempre al vostro servizio. Vi promettiamo di non tassare i vostri risparmi e di non affardellarvi con tasse sul vostro redditto nel prossimo anno.
Vi promettiamo inoltre un attenzione particolare all’ economia “reale”; un processo iniziato con la creazione del Ministero per le Finanze Estere. Solo un governo Nazionale, con la sua esperienza di management e riduzione del debito pubblico, vi puo’ assicurare una Finanziaria con obbiettivi seri e realizzabili per la prossima legislatura.
Giustizia e EducazioneIl Partito Nazionale ha sempre considerato la Giustizia e l’Educazione parte integrante della sua azione di governo, ponendo le basi per l’Università Statale di Tor Pendente e presentandosi questo scorso anno come il partito che più ha legiferato nel Parlamento. Un partito di azione, non di parole.
In campo di giustizia, un governo Nazionale vi promette una forte enfasi sulla giustizia penale e sull’ordine pubblico. Vi promettiamo una implementazione draconiana delle leggi sulla privacy e nuova legislazione sul copyright e la proprietà intellettuale. Vi promettiamo di completare il Codice Penale e di tradurlo in inglese; oltre a stillare un Codice Commerciale.
In campo di educazione, vi promettiamo di sviluppare l’Università Statale di Tor Pendente, con lauree e master nei campi della politica, della storia, dell’economia e del diritto. Solo un governo Nazionale vi garantirà un educazione di prima qualità ed assolutamente gratuita. Vi promettiamo inoltre di coinvolgere le nazioni del Commonwealth in programmi di scambio e di continuare il già avanzato programma di traduzione dei decreti legge dall’italiano all’inglese.

Dear Citizen,
St.Charlie is approaching two crucial landmarks: the second general election of our history and the second anniversary of our founding.
The National Party has always been at the centre of the important events which have shaped our country, having evolved from the National Liberation Front which gave birth to our Federal Republic.
For two years, the National Party has worked hard to improve our country, pushing through the most important internal reforms and ensuring St.Charlie a position of relevance and influence in the wider intermicronational community.
In only two years, the National Party has transformed an unknown Italian micronation in a multi-cultural nation, with new territories in Europe and America. In only two years, the National Party has made our country one of the most influential of the community, by carrying out innovative projects and promoting cooperation between nations.
In two years, we have made giant leaps, but we are aware that much more must be done. This is why, we’re asking for your vote. Together, we will be able to carry forward ambitious yet monumental projects: the Commonwealth, the University, the Stock Market, and many others.
With the National Party, you will know that your vote will not be wasted. You will know that we will push through the necessary reforms and that we will always put your interests at the heart of our action of government.
On December 7th, vote Reinhardt/Schneider. For a party with two years of experience on its shoulders. For a party which you can trust. For a party that will work for you. For a party that will work for the future of St.Charlie.

Internal AffairsWhile micronationalism is mostly concerned with foreign affairs, the National Party has always put the improvement of the internal policies of St.Charlie on the same level as foreign policy.
True to this line of government, last year we reformed the Home Affairs Ministry, the armed and police forces, the electoral system and the distribution of power between the central government and the federations.
With a National government, we promise you to push through the important reforms four our country and its internal working. We promise to work on cutting useless bureaucracy with hampers government action. We promise to give more relevance to linguistic minorities within the Republic by permitting federations to have non-official languages considered of equal legal standing as Italian and English.
We promise to make St.Charlian politics more open, by unlocking the doors of Parliament for public sessions where you can question the Prime Minister on any subject. We also promise to remove citizenship from all who don’t vote in two consecutive elections, for a more active nation.
Only a National government can guarantee a more efficient and united nation, which place you at the centre of government’s decisions.
Foreign AffairsGiven St.Charlie’s multi-cultural and cosmopolitan nature, the National Party has always undertaken an important agenda concerning foreign affairs.
In our past term in office, we have participated in an active and serious manner to various intermicronational organisations such as the GUM, the UMI, the OAM and the LoSS, where our representatives have occupied positions of authority. We have extended our friendship to more than 30 nations and created the St.Charlian Commonwealth – a unique organisation in the micronational community to group our closest friends and allies.
A National government will promote a strong foreign policy, drawing upon that which has enabled us to become the most influential nation in the community, according to the OAM. We promise to make the Commonwealth the main point of our agenda. We will carry forth a program of increased participation of Permanent Territories through the writing of a multi-lateral Charter and the creation of a General Assembly. We will put in place a “mentoring” program for all members and will work to create a single economic market.
We promise to maintain our current foreign policy, which thanks to our official responses and diplomatic embargoes has enabled us to come through various crises; for example with Erusia, Atlantis and Eniarku, as winners. We further promise a greater collaboration with the important intermicronational organisations we are part of by promoting cooperation between members and maintaining our firm anti-war stance.
EconomicsWith regards to economics, few nations have shown more attention compared to St.Charlie. The National Party has set itself the task of completely innovating micronational economics, and we promise that a National government will devote particular attention to economic issues.
In only a year, the National Party has laid the bases for a further development of the economy, creating the first functioning virtual banking system of the community, reforming the Pianeta and giving the Secretary of the Treasury more power.
A National government will push through the most innovative projects in the economic field ever seen in micronationalism. We will expand the Bank of St.Charlie, making it an effective lending instrument, but we will also regulate its activities, abolishing derivate trading, imposing clear accounting practices, establishing low transaction fees and regulating interest rates to avoid usury.
We will create the St.Charlian Stock Exchange and privatize SOEs, giving you the possibility to invest in a functioning firm; and the same time implementing measures to cut back speculation. We will make bureaucracy simple and taxes light for those who wish to set up their own business. We will establish a trading platform and a single market with the members of the Commonwealth as well as a currency exchange system.
We will make sure that you can participate in the virtual economy; where with a donation of only 3 Euros, 3000 Pianeta will be deposited in your bank account. We establish limits on wages and bonuses for public sector workers to ensure the always remain at your service. We promise not to tax your savings and not to burden you with income tax in the next year.
We also promise particular attention to the “real” economy”; a process kick-started by the establishment of the Ministry for Foreign Finances. Only a National government, with its management and deficit-cutting experience, can ensure a serious Budget for 2011 with clear and feasible goals.
Justice and EducationThe National Party has always considered Justice and Education a central part of its action of government, laying the bases for the Tor Pendente State University and showing itself as the party that has most legislated this past year in the Parliament. A party of action, not of words
Concerning justice, a National government will promise a strong emphasis on penal justice and law and order. We promise draconian implementation of privacy laws and new legislation on copyright and intellectual property. We promise to complete the Penal Code and to translate it into English; as well as writing up a Commercial Code.
Concerning education, we promise to develop the Tor Pendente State University, with undergraduate and master degrees in the fields of politics, history, economics and law. Only a National Government will guarantee you first-class and absolutely free education. We promise to get the members of the Commonwealth involved with exchange programs and to continue the already advanced program of translation of bills and acts from Italian to English.
