| I hereby apply to have the Federation of Kozuc become the first American Federation of the Federal Republic of St.Charlie. The Federation has a stable population of 5 and will grow in size when school starts. As I have been elected President then I would become the 11th member of parliament (to my knowledge there are currently 10). Thank you and I hope this passes.
