| Hello  Long time no see. Anyway, I'm posting here to personally invite the St. Charlian Observer (and the SBC if it wants to) to join the Micronational Press Council. In a nutshell: QUOTE The Micronational Press Council is responsible for promoting good standards of media practice, community access to information of public interest, and freedom of expression through micronational media – specifically, through its constituent media outlets. The Council has responsibility for responding to complaints about its member newspapers, magazines and associated digital outlets.
