Sul fatto delle condizioni, volevo analizzarle per bene, perché non mi convincono per niente...

La commissione per Kozuc provvederò ad aprirla nei prossimi giorni, è solo che volevo riadattare qualche domanda già usata e pensarne di nuove per quei territori che desiderano diventare federazioni.

Alla prossima sessione metterò in ordine del giorno due mozioni per Juclandia ed Escitar. Quest'ultima però dovrebbe fare almeno richiesta scritta qui sul forum, possibilmente.

1. His Excellency the Overseas Ambassador Riley Small takes office as St.Charlian Delegate for the Organisation of Active Micronations (OAM);

2. the Speaker Alexander Reinhardt takes office as Co-Delegate for the St.Charlian Commonwealth.

Oggetto: Disposizioni riguardanti il Regno di Istoria

Dopo le ingiuriose dichiarazioni del Capo di Stato di Istoria inerenti la comunità LGBT, il Consiglio Ambasciatoriale ha votato all'unanimità dei presenti la mozione di non riconoscimento e di embargo diplomatico nei confronti del Regno di Istoria.
Inoltre il Consiglio Ambasciatoriale richiede ai Territori Permanenti del Commonwealth St.Charliano di valutare una simile procedura diplomatica.
Il Consiglio Ambasciatoriale di St.Charlie riterrà opportuno mantenere l'embargo diplomatico fino a quando non converrano scuse da parte del Capo di Stato di Istoria verso l'intera comunità LGBT e fino a quando Istoria non rivaluterà le sue posizioni nei confronti di questa comunità.

Ref: Regulations in matter of the Kingdom of Istoria.

After the attacks on the LGBT community by the Head of State of Istoria, the Ambassadorial Council voted unanimously the non-recognition policy and the diplomatic embargo against the Kingdom of Istoria.
Furthermore the Ambassadorial Council requests to the Permanent Territories of the St.Charlian Commonwealth to consider a similar diplomatic procedure.
The embargo and the no-recognition will persist until the Head of State of Istoria fails to offer officials apology to the whole LGBT community and until Istoria fails to reconsider its position about this community.

La Commissione speciale del Consiglio Ambasciatoriale di St.Charlie formata dal Primo Ambasciatore, dal Presidente del Parlamento e dal Primo Ministro, ha votato all'unanimità la nomina di Riley Small a Diplomatico.
Il sopracitato Riley Small d'ora in poi sarà noto in St.Charlie ed in tutta la Comunità Intermicronazionale come "Sua Eccellenza l'Ambasciatore St.Charliano dei Territori D'Oltremare Riley Small".

Ref: Riley Small's appointment as Diplomat

The special Commission of the St.Charlian Ambassadorial Council, composed by the First Ambassador, the President of the General Assembly and the Prime Minister, voted unanimously the appointment of Riley Small as Diplomat.
Therefore the aforementioned Riley Small from now will be known in St.Charlie and in the whole Intermicronational Community as "His Excellency, Riley Small, Overseas Ambassador of St.Charlie".
