Treaty of friendship and mutual recognition between the Federal Republic of St.Charlie and the Kingdom of Broughtopia


We, the nations of the Federal Republic of St.Charlie, His Excellency James Matthias Lunam, Officer of the Order of Blue Star, Minister of Foreign Affairs and First Ambassador of the Ambassadorial Council, and on behalf of the Broughtopian Government, King Jack I ,King of Broughtopia.


St.Charlie and Broughtopia, hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”,
• Desiring to improve micronational relationships,
• Recognizing the fact that the mutual relationships of micronations influence the entire micronational community,
• Desiring to create a better micronational community,
• Convinced that both Parties may influence the micronational community in a positive way,

Agree to the following:

Article I

This Agreement specifies the conditions by which each Party will recognize the independence of the other Party mentioned. The objective of such mutual recognition is to improve the mutual relationship of the Parties as well as the entire micronational community. If any obstacles to such access arise, such as territorial disputes, the Parties are due to resolve this question in 30 days, by means of intermicronational arbitrage or in a separate agreement. In the absence of a satisfactory outcome of such consultations in 30 days, the Parties shall form a Condominum over the disputed territory for the period not longer than 2 years.

Article II

1. The Kingdom of Broughtopia will recognize the independence of the Federal St. Charlie as well as its sovereignty on its territory as well the territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of St. Charlie.

2. The Federal Republic of St. Charlie will recognize the independence of the Kingdom of Broughtopia as well as its sovereignty on its territory as well the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Broughtopia.

3. In case of territorial dispute, the Parties will apply sections 1 or 2 respectively only on the territory not involved in the dispute. All other actions are provided in the Article I of this agreement.

Article III

Either party may suspend its obligations under Article II, in whole or in part if:
a) If a Party violates Article I or Article II of this agreement.

b) If a Party openly supports the secession of a part of the territory of the other Party.

c) If a Party declares war on the other Party or if it participates in a war declared by another micronation.


Article IV

This Agreement shall apply, on the one hand, to the territories in which the Treaty establishing the Federal Republic of St. Charlie is applied, and under the conditions laid down in that Treaty and, on the other hand, to the territory of the Kingdom of Broughtopia.

Article V

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date on which the Parties have exchanged letters confirming the completion of their respective procedures for the entry into force of this Agreement.

This Treaty does not belong to either country. It belongs to a midpoint between the two, as will all Treaties after this, to prevent any nation trying to circumvent the prior article and alter Treaties in a way that benefits one nation at the expense of the other. Exploiting any loopholes in either countries legal system to be able to alter this Treaty in an unfair manner is punishable by any means the affected country deems necessary.

Oggetto: Applicazione di Tiana come Territorio Permanente

La Commissione degli Affari Esteri (composta dal Primo Ambasciatore Lunam, dal Primo Ministro Alvisi, dal Presidente del Parlamento Reinhardt e dal Ministro Strauss), dopo aver analizzato l'applicazione di Tiana come Territorio Permanente del Commonwealth, ritiene che tale micronazione abbia i requisiti necessari per diventare Territorio Permanente.

Pertanto la Commissione degli Affari Esteri

CONCEDE

il nulla osta all'Assemblea Generale di San Charlie per procedere nell'iter burocratico.

Questo documento ha decorrenza immediata, pertanto si chiede di inserire nel prossimo OdG della seduta parlamentare questa mozione.

Ref: Tiana's application as Permanent Territory

The Foreign Affairs Commission (composed by First Ambassador Lunam, Prime Minister Alvisi, Speaker Reinhardt and Minister Strauss), after analyzing the application of Tiana as a Permanent Territory of the St.Charlian Commonwealth, officially recognizes that this micronations has got the necessary requirements to become a Permanent Territory.

Therefore, the Foreign Affairs Commission

AUTHORIZES

the Saint Charlian General Assembly to proceed in its bureaucratic actions.


This document will be in effect immediately after its publication, therefore we demand the Parliament to insert the following issue in its next agenda.

St.Charlie and Überstadt, hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”,
• Desiring to improve micronational relationships,
• Recognizing the fact that the mutual relationships of micronations influence the entire micronational community,
• Desiring to create a better micronational community,
• Convinced that both Parties may influence the micronational community in a positive way,

Agree to the following:

Article I

St.Charlie and Sirocco, hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”,
• Desiring to improve micronational relationships,
• Recognizing the fact that the mutual relationships of micronations influence the entire micronational community,
• Desiring to create a better micronational community,
• Convinced that both Parties may influence the micronational community in a positive way,

Agree to the following:

Article I

This Agreement specifies the conditions by which each Party will recognize the independence of the other Party mentioned. • Recognizing the fact that the mutual relationships of micronations influence the entire micronational community,
• Desiring to create a better micronational community,
• Convinced that both Parties may influence the micronational community in a positive way,

TREATY OF GENERAL RECOGNITION AND DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS


We, the following parties, the Republic of Azusa, His Excellency Jefferson B. Kloepfer, Doge of the Republic of Azusa, and on behalf of the St.Charlian Government, His Excellency James Matthias Lunam, Officer of the Order of the Blue Star, and First Ambassador of the St.Charlian Ambassadorial Council, enter into agreement for the following purposes:
• The two micronations shall mutually recognize each other’s territory, flag and citizens. They recognize each other as independent entities that withdrew from any other Country, State and body.
• Both Nations agree to allow either temporary or permanent ambassadors if desired or deemed necessary.
• Both micronations agree not to interfere in each other’s internal affairs, unless they believe it necessary.
• The two micronations agree not to declare war on each other.
• If conflict should break out at any time in one of the micronations who are signing this treaty, the nations, when required, shall support each other’s side, and if they so wish, assist in combat.
Written and signed the twenty-eighth day of November, year two thousand and nine.

Ok l'1 e 2, contrario per l'ultima per due ragioni:

1) la cosa non si decide arbitrariamente, ma solamente a livello di membri dell'angolo riservato, come fatto molte altre volte

2) C'è altra gente molto attiva e inserita all'interno della community che non ha l'accesso, quindi rimando al punto 1.
