SOLLEVIAMO DALL'INCARICO
L'attuale Delegato presso l'Organizzazione delle Micronazioni Attive (OAM), il Presidente del Parlamento Alexander Reinhardt

DECRETIAMO CHE
1. Sua Eccellenza l'Ambasciatore dei Territori d'Oltremare Riley Small assuma l'incarico di Delegato St.Charliano presso l'Organizzazione delle Micronazioni Attive (OAM);
2. Il Presidente del Parlamento Alexander Reinhardt assuma l'incarico di Co-Delegato presso il Commonwealth St.Charliano.

We, James Matthis Lunam, First Ambassador of St.Charlie, in full of the functions given us by the Federal President and by the St.Charlian Law,
DISMISS
the current St.Charlian Delegate for the Organisation of Active Micronations (OAM), the Speaker Alexander Reinhardt,
AND
DECREE THAT
1. His Excellency the Overseas Ambassador Riley Small takes office as St.Charlian Delegate for the Organisation of Active Micronations (OAM);
2. the Speaker Alexander Reinhardt takes office as Co-Delegate for the St.Charlian Commonwealth.
