Art. 1

Data l’impossibilità di istituire i seggi elettorali per le elezioni Federali e Parlamentari seguendo l’attuale programma di date, viene modificato il calendario delle urne nel seguente modo:


- Le elezioni Federali e Parlamentari in tutto il territorio si terranno da Mercoledì 21 Dicembre 2011 a Venerdì 30 Dicembre 2011.

Slittando le elezioni, slittano anche la prima sessione del Parlamento e l’inizio del mandato governativo, secondo questo calendario di date:
- La prima sessione del Parlamento, con annessa elezione del Presidente del Parlamento, avrebbe luogo tra il 31 Dicembre 2011 ed il 6 Gennaio 2012.

- Entro il 7 Gennaio devono pervenire alla Segreteria di Stato del Presidente Federale i nomi dei potenziali ministri (Interni, Giustizia, Tesoro, Istruzione) proposti dal Primo Ministro incaricato.

- L'8 Gennaio si provvederà all'ufficializzazione dei ministri e all'inizio del mandato governativo.

Art. 2
Alla Federazione di Tor Pendente, più precisamente al Distretto di Città di Tor Pendente, viene conferito il titolo di Capitale della Repubblica fino a diversa disposizione parlamentare.

Urgent Decree regarding change of Federal and Parliamentary elections
And approval of Tor Pendente as Capital City

Art. 1

Due to the impossibility to institute the electoral ballots for the Federal and Parliamentary elections if the current dates are followed, the calendar for the General Elections is changed in the following way:

- The Federal and Parliamentary elections in all the territory of the Federal Republic will take place from Wednesday, December 21, 2011, to Friday, December 30, 2011.

Changing the date of the elections leads to the change of the date for the first session of the Parliament and the beginning of the government mandate, with the following dates:
- The first Parliament session, with annexed election of the President of the Assembly, will take place between December 31, 2011, and January 6, 2012.

- By January 7, 2012, the Secretariat of the Federal President must have receivd the names of the potential ministries (Interior, Justice, Treasury, Education) proposed by the Prime Minister-elect.

- On January 8, 2012, the ministers will be made official and the governmental mandate will start.

Art. 2
The Metropolitan District of Tor Pendente, part of the Federation of Tor Pendente is given the status of Capital City of the Republic until new parliamentary disposition.
