Care St Charliane e cari St Charliani,
E' con grande felicità, ma anche responsabilità che faccio questo discorso, primo discorso da candidato del Nuovo Partito Socialista alla carica di Primo Ministro.
Prima di tutto, ovviamente, vorrei ringraziare il partito tutto, per il suo sostegno, ma gradirei in particolare ringraziare Nicolò Alvisi per la sua guida ed i suoi preziosi interventi ma sopratutto per la sua grande esperienza che ha reso il nostro gruppo il grande Partito che è.
Per quanto mi riguarda ho partecipato in prima persona al rinnovamento del Partito, essendo certo che rimodernizzarlo non fosse positivo solo per il NPS ma anche per St Charlie più in generale, perchè per ogni cambiamento dobbiamo sempre iniziare da noi stessi e se vogliamo una St Charlie più moderna e dinamica dobbiamo iniziare dal Partito stesso.
Le mie speranze per il futuro di St Charlie non sono solo le speranze di un neosocialista, ma sono le speranze di un cittadino st charliano che vede un numero di federazioni e di persone maggiore rispetto al passato ma che non trova riscontro nella realtà politica e sociale st charliana. L'attività del governo attuale è sporadica, di alcune federazioni leggiamo sui giornali per cose più o meno positive e di molte altre non sentiamo nulla. La stessa Assemblea Generale oggi conta un numero di membri inattivi troppo alto. Il governo è fermo, l'Assemblea è ferma, come possiamo sperare che St Charlie vada avanti? Abbiamo il potenziale più grande ma a causa di decisioni sbagliate e di persone sbagliate le possibilità sono misere e questo non è un'abito accetabile per St Charlie. La burocrazia è lenta e per ogni decisione ci vogliono tempi spesso troppo lunghi e la cosa affligge la vita istituzionale st charliana.
Io voglio una St Charlie attiva, dinamica e che funzioni come un'organismo in crescita, voglio le persone giuste nei punti giusti e che venga riconosciuto il lavoro di molti. Voglio che per ogni scintilla che possa portare un cambiamento, un miglioramento, non ci vogliano tempi troppo lunghi che spengano questa scintilla. Il Nuovo Partito Socialista è un fuoco acceso, un'incendio formato da molte fiamme da cui scaturiscono altrettante scintille ed è di quelle scintille che St Charlie oggi ha bisogno.
Sperare che l'inattività non porti ad un degrado generale perchè le basi della nazione sono solide è da sciocchi. Sperare che non ci sia bisogno di riforme importanti perchè abbiamo una buona legislazione è da imprudenti.
Noi vogliamo eliminare ciò che intralcia la crescita, rafforzare ciò che c'è, migliorare ciò che va migliorato, creare ciò che manca.
Sperando il meglio per il futuro.

Dear comrades,
Dear citizens of St Charlie,
It is with great happiness, but also responsibility that I'm doing this address, first message as candidate of the New Socialist Party for the charge of Prime Minister.
First of all, of course, I want to thank the party, for his support, but I would like to thank particularly Nicolò Alvisi for his lead and his valuable interventions but overall for his big experience that made our group the great Party that we all know.
I participate in first-person at the renewment of the Party, being sure that remodeling it wouldn't be positive just for the NSP, but also for St Charlie more in general, because for every change we must start from ourselves if we want a St Charlie more modern and dynamic we must start from the Party itself.
My hopes for the future of St Charlie aren't just the hopes of a socialist, but are the hopes of a st charlian citizen that see the number of federations and of people increasing, but with no comparison in the political and social life of St Charlie.
The current activity of the government is sporadic, of some federations we read on the newspapers for good or bad things and of most of the federations we don't read at all. The General Assembly today have too many inactive members. The government is still, the Parliament is still, how can we hope that St Charlie will go ahead? We have the biggest potential but because of wrong decisions and wrong people the possibilities are miserable and this is not an accetable suit for St Charlie.
The bureaucracy is slow and every decision takes too long and this affects the st charlian institutional life.istituzionale st charliana.
I want a dynamic and active St Charlie that works as a growing organism, I want the right people in the right charges and that the work of many will be recognized. I want that for every spark that could bring change, improvement, the slow bureaucracy won't shut off this spark. The New Socialist Party is a burning fire, formed by many flames and each flame spring a spark, and those sparks are what St Charlie need.
Hope that the inactivity won't bring a general deterioration because the groundwork is strong is foolish. Think that we don't need reforms because of the good legislation is imprudent.
We want eliminate what hinders the growth, strengthen what we have, improve what needs to be improved, make what is missing.
