Disposizioni in materia di riforma della Costituzione

Art.1

Viene modificato l’articolo 91 della Costituzione della Repubblica Federale di St.Charlie in “Le leggi di revisione della Costituzione e le altre leggi costituzionali necessitano di tre settimane di discussione preliminare in Assemblea Generale prima di poter essere messe al voto e sono approvate a maggioranza qualificata di sette decimi. Le leggi stesse sono sottoposte a referendum popolare quando, entro un mese dalla loro pubblicazione in Assemblea Generale, ne facciano domanda quattro membri dell’Assemblea Generale, tre Governatori di Federazione o 20 cittadini. La legge sottoposta a referendum non è promulgata, se non è approvata dalla maggioranza degli aventi diritto al voto.”

Provisions concerning the reform of the Constitution

Art.1

The article 91 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of St.Charlie is modified in “The laws which modify Constitution and others constitutional laws need three weeks of preliminary debate in General Assembly. After these weeks, these laws can be voted by the General Assembly and they are approved if a qualified majority of seven tenth approve them. The laws themselves are subjected to a popular referendum if, within a month from the publication in the General Assembly, four members of the General Assembly, three Governors of Federation or twenty citizens make a petition. The law subjected to a referendum is not promulgated if it is not approved by the majority of the citizens allowed to vote.”
