Disposizioni in materia di riforma degli Affari Esteri

Art.1
Viene modificato l’articolo 2.1 della legge 03/10/2010 “Disposizioni in materia di Dipartimento degli Affari Esteri e Consiglio Ambasciatoriale” in “La carica di Diplomatico non ha durata nel tempo, previe dimissioni dello stesso o per decisione del Primo Ambasciatore, che può procedere al licenziamento solo dopo una seduta del Consiglio Ambasciatoriale. Nella medesima seduta può essere o meno riconosciuto al Diplomatico dimissionario o licenziato il titolo di "Diplomatico Onorario". Il presente titolo dà diritto a prendere parte alle sedute del Consiglio Ambasciatoriale ma non dà diritto di voto in queste.”

Art. 1, comma 1
Viene abrogato l’articolo 2.2 della legge 03/10/2010 “Disposizioni in materia di Dipartimento degli Affari Esteri e Consiglio Ambasciatoriale”

Art. 2
Viene modificato l’articolo 3.1 della legge 03/10/2010 “Disposizioni in materia di Dipartimento degli Affari Esteri e Consiglio Ambasciatoriale” in “Può essere nominato Primo Ambasciatore un qualsiasi St.Charliano che abbia la carica di Diplomatico del Consiglio Ambasciatoriale. La carica di Primo Ambasciatore è incompatibile con quella di altri rilevanti uffici della Repubblica Federale.”

Art. 3
Viene modificato l’articolo 6.2 della legge 03/10/2010 “Disposizioni in materia di Dipartimento degli Affari Esteri e Consiglio Ambasciatoriale” in “Il Wings del Consiglio Ambasciatoriale è un cerchio dorato con una stella a quattro punte al centro. È indossata da tutti i diplomatici sul petto a sinistra.”

Provisions concerning the reform of the Department of Foreign Affairs

Art. 1
The article 2.1 of the law 03/10/2010 “Provisions concerning the reform of the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassadorial Council” is modified in “The office of diplomat has no term, unless resignation or First Ambassador's decision. He can state the diplomat's dismissal only after an Ambassadorial Council session. The title of "Honorary Diplomat" may be given to the outgoing diplomat. The title gives right to join the AC sessions, but gives no right to vote in them.”

Art. 1, comma 1
The article 2.2 of the law 03/10/2010 “Provisions concerning the reform of the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassadorial Council” is abrogated.

Art. 2
The article 3.1 of the law 03/10/2010 “Provisions concerning the reform of the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassadorial Council” is modified in “Only a St.Charlian citizen serving as Diplomat of the Ambassadorial Council can be appointed as First Ambassador. The office of the First Ambassador is not compatible with other important offices in the Federal Republic.
Art. 3
The article 6.2 of the law 03/10/2010 “Provisions concerning the reform of the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassadorial Council” is modified in “The Wings of the Ambassadorial Council is a golden circle with a golden four-pointed star in the centre. It is worn by all the Diplomats on the left of the chest.”
