Throughout the history of the MicroWiki Community, the Federal Republic of St.Charlie has served as an example to other nations. From all around the world, nations have gathered to observe and learn from it, to understand what can be done to turn a mere micronational idea into a living, breathing micronation.
The Federal Republic has one of the most advanced political systems yet seen in the MicroWiki Community or among micronations further afield. We have an elected head of state and an elected parliament, built upon solid foundations of law. We have a vibrant, multi-party system which offers choice to the people. We are living micronationalism at its finest, and the people of St.Charlie have each other to thank for that.
Though St.Charlie is one of the most successful micronations in our communituy and of this era, too often it seems to be impenetrable. There is a very definite line between the internal activity of the Federal Republic in terms of elections and party politics, and the external activity in terms of intermicronational organisations. This must be changed.
The time has come for St.Charlie to regain the mantle of leadership. The time has come for St.Charlie to cement her place among the nations.
External Affairs
If we are elected, the government of the National Party will seek to ensure that our Federal Republic takes a more active role in intermicronational affairs. This will be achieved by increasing our level of cooperation with intermicronational organisations and ensuring that no friendly nation that tries to contact us is ignored. St.Charlie will become an active intermicronational mentor, offering its experience in law and good governance to other micronations.
I myself, as Prime Minister, will take an active role in intermicronational affairs. I will also be contactable among the nations, ensuring that St.Charlie helps her fellow micronationalists where-ever possible.
Internal Affairs
At home, a new National Party government will seek to improve the relationship between the government and the people. To this end, every month, the government would provide a detailed report on the month's events, ensuring that all citizens are given the opportunity to be as up to date as possible with the political life of the Federal Republic.
Preservation of the Presidency
The National Party will continue to oppose any attempt to combine the offices of President and Prime Minister into a single office, as was put forward by the Socialist Party earlier this year. It is absolutely imperative that the President remain above party politics as the supreme protector of the constitution, for the good of the entire Federal Republic.
A vote for the National Party is a vote to defend our Constitution.
Government for the People
The National Party will encourage any citizen to contact any member of the government if they feel that there is an issue which is not being addressed. A good government does not rule the people. A good government governs on behalf of the people. Therefore, we must make sure that we take every suggestion offered to us seriously. We work for the people and ultimately, the people give the government its authority, not the other way around.
A vote for the National Party is a vote for a government that will listen.
Education & the Arts
A National Party government will hold education and the arts in the highest esteem. It is important that the government offer any help it can to further these aims. In the realm of education, the National Party will work to ensure that the education system in the Federal Republic reaches the highest standards. In terms of the arts, the National Party will ensure that the unique cultural life of St.Charlie is given everything it needs to grow and expand, from the realms of music and literature, to sports and languages.
A vote for the National Party is a vote for education and the arts.
The Federations
The National Party will work to ensure that the Federations, upon which our great republic is built, are able to show their unique cultures and backgrounds. We are one nation, but we are made of many backgrounds. Our Federations have unique histories and cultures, and it is important that these are preserved, developed and promoted. What makes us St.Charlian is the unique way in which these different aspects mix.
A vote for the National Party is a vote to preserve and promote our many unique cultures and traditions.
My name is Marka Mejakhansk. I am honoured to have been chosen to be the leader of the National Party of St.Charlie. Though many of you may not yet know me, I can assure you that I have vast experience as a micronational leader. I governed the Nemkhav Federation many times and held many micronational positions over the years. More importantly than that, I am willing to learn from you all. St.Charlie has already taught me so much, and I know I will continue to learn as your Prime Minister, if you choose to elect the National Party.

Nel Corso della storia della Community di Microwiki, la Repubblica Federale di St.Charlie è stata un esempio per altre nazioni. Da ogni parte del mondo, varie nazioni si sono radunate per osservarci ed imparare da noi, per comprendere come trasformare una mera idea micronazionale in una vivente e funzionante micronazione.
La Repubblica Federale ha uno dei più avanzanti sistemi politici che si siano mai visti nella Communità di MicroWiki o tra micronazioni di differenti realtà. Noi abbiamo un Capo di Stato eletto ed un Parlamento eletto, il tutto è costruito su solido sistema legislativo. Noi abbiamo un vivace sistema multipartitico che offre alle persone la possibilità di scegliere. Noi stiamo vivendo il micronazionalismo al meglio ed i cittadini di St.Charlie devono ringraziarsi l'un l'altro per questo.
Sebbene St.Charlie sia una delle micronazioni di successo della nostra Comunità e di questa era, troppo spesso essa sembra impenetrabile. C'è una ben marcata linea tra l'attività interna della Repubblica Federale, in termini di elezioni e partici politici, e l'attività esterna, in termini di organizzazioni intermicronazionali. Questo deve essere cambiato.
Deve tornare il tempo per cui St.Charlie rivesti nuovamente il ruolo di guida. Il tempo per cui St.Charlie fissi il suo posto tra le nazioni.
Affari Esteri
Se saremo eletti, il Governo del Partito Nazionale cercherà di garantire che la nostra Repubblica Federale abbia un ruolo più attivo negli affari internazionali. Questo potrà essere raggiunto incrementando il nostro livello di cooperazione con le organizzazioni micronazionali e assicurandoci che nessuna nazione amica sia ignorata quando cerca di contattarci. St.Charlie diventerà un mentore intermicronazionale attivo, offrendo alle altre micronazioni la sua esperienza nelle leggi e nel buon governo.

Il Partito Nazionale continuerà ad opporsi ad ogni tentativo di unificare gli uffici di Presidente e Primo Ministro in uno singolo, come il Partito Socialista ha tentato di fare quest'anno. È assolutamente d'obbligo che il Presidente rimanga al di sopra delle parti politiche come Supremo Protettore della Costituzione, per il bene dell'intera Repubblica Federale.
Un voto per il Partito Nazionale è un voto per difendere la nostra Costituzione.
Governo per il Popolo
Il Partito Nazionale incoraggerà ogni cittadino a contattare qualsiasi membro del governo nel caso in cui ritenga che una questione non sia ancora stata affrontata. Un buon governo non comanda il popolo. Un buon governo governa nell'interesse del popolo. Quindi dobbiamo essere sicuri che ogni suggerimento datoci venga preso seriamente. Noi lavoreremo per le persone e, fondamentalmente, sono queste a dare al Governo la sua autorità, non il contrario.
Un voto per il Partito Nazionale è un voto per un governo come questo.
Istruzione ed Arti
Un governo del Partito Nazionale terrà molto in considerazione l'istruzione e le arti. È importante che il governo offra qualsiasi aiuto per poter promuovere queste. Nel campo dell'educazione, il Partito Nazionale lavorerà per garantire che il sistema educativo della Repubblica Federale raggiunga i più alti standard di qualità. Nel campo delle arti, il Partito Nazionale assicurerà che alla singolare vita culturale di St.Charlie sia dato tutto ciò che necessita per crescere ed espandersi, nei campi musicali e letterari fino a quelli degli sport e delle lingue.

Le Federazioni
Il Partito Nazionale lavorerà per garantire che le Federazioni, sopra le quali la nostra grande Repubblica è costruita, siano capaci di mostrare le loro singolari culture ed i loro scenari. Noi siamo una nazione sola ma siamo costituiti da diversi scenari. Le nostre Federazioni hanno storie e culture uniche ed è importante che queste siano preservate, sviluppate e promosse. Quello che ci rende St.Charliani è il singolare modo in cui questi differenti aspetti si mescolano tra loro.
Un voto per il Partito Nazionale è un voto per preservare e promuovere le nostre varie ma uniche culture e tradizioni.
