DICHIARAZIONE DEI DIRITTI
Art. 1 Tutti i Cittadini sono per natura liberi ed indipendenti ed hanno diritti inalienabili. Tra questi vi sono poter vivere felicemente la propria vita e difenderla, essere liberi, cercare ed ottenere sicurezza, felicità e privacy.
Art. 2 Ogni persona ha il diritto di parlare, scrivere e pubblicare liberamente i propri pensieri. Una legge non può restringere libertà di parola o di stampa.
Art. 3 Il Popolo ha il diritto di eleggere i propri rappresentanti, presentare petizioni al governo su eventuali ingiustizie e di assemblea per raggiungere il bene comune.
Art. 4 Libertà di professare la propria religione senza discriminazioni o preferenze è garantita.
Art. 5 Una persona non può essere deprivata di libertà o proprietà senza un processo legale e senza aver ricevuto un giusto trattamento dalla legge.
Art. 6 Il matrimonio tra uomo e donna e tra coppie omosessuali è riconosciuto ad Atlantis.
Art. 7 L’habeas corpus non può essere sospeso tranne che per sicurezza pubblica ed in caso di ribellione o invasione.
Art. 8 Il diritto di voto o di candidarsi non deve essere condizionato dal livello di istruzione.
Art. 9 La Federazione di Atlantis è una parte inseparabile della Repubblica Federale di St.Charlie e la sua Costituzione è la legge fondamentale di questa comunità.
RAPPORTI POLITICI
Art. 10 Tutti i poteri politici provengono dal Popolo. Il Governo è istituito per la loro protezione, sicurezza e beneficio, ed il Popolo ha il diritto di cambiarlo o riformarlo quando il bene comune lo richiede.
Art. 11 Il potere esecutivo è esercitato dal Governatore. Il Governatore forma il Governo della Federazione e nomina i Commissari. Inoltre presiede l’assemblea legislativa.
Art. 12 Il Governatore è eletto a suffragio universale dai cittadini maggiorenni aventi diritto di voto ad Atlantis. E’ eletto per un anno.
Art. 13 Il potere legislativo è esercitato dall’Assemblea di Atlantis, eletta a suffragio universale dai cittadini maggiorenni aventi diritto di voto ad Atlantis. E’ eletta per un anno. Il numero dei suoi componenti è di cinque.
Art. 14 Il potere giudiziario è esercitato autonomamente dalla magistratura.
Art. 15 Il Governatore o la maggioranza dell’Assemblea, possono ricorrere a referendum consultivo su qualsiasi oggetto di discussione di interesse federale. Al referendum possono votare i cittadini maggiorenni aventi diritto di voto ad Atlantis.
Art. 16 Tutti i cittadini possono rivolgere petizioni all’Assemblea per chiedere provvedimenti legislativi o esporre comuni necessità.
DOVERI DEL CITTADINO
Art. 17 E’ dovere del cittadino operare all’interno della Federazione a beneficio di essa e dei suoi cittadini. Il mutuo aiuto e supporto tra i cittadini di Atlantis è un dovere.
Art. 18 Il cittadino deve contribuire alla difesa della Federazione obbligatoriamente. Ogni cittadino è automaticamente parte delle forze armate in caso di guerra.
Art. 19 Dovere di ogni cittadino è partecipare attivamente alla vita politica e sociale di Atlantis per conseguire il bene comune ed il suo sviluppo.

DECLARATION OF RIGHTS
Article 1 All citizens are by nature free and independent and have inalienable rights. Among them are able to live happily and defend their lives , be free, seek and obtain safety , happiness and privacy.
Article 2 : Everyone has the right to speak, write and publish freely their thoughts . A law can not restrict freedom of speech or of the press.
Article 3 The people have the right to elect their own representatives , to petition the government about any injustices and assembly to achieve the common good.
Art 4 Freedom to manifest one's religion without discrimination or preference are guaranteed.
Article 5 A person can not be deprived of liberty or property without due process of law and without having received fair treatment by law.
Article 6 The marriage between men and women and between gay couples is recognized to Atlantis .
Article 7 The habeas corpus can not be suspended except for public safety and in case of rebellion or invasion .
Article 8 The right to vote or stand as a candidate should not be affected by the level of education.
Article 9 The Federation of Atlantis is an inseparable part of the Federal Republic of St.Charlie and its Constitution is the fundamental law of this community.
POLITICAL RELATIONS
Article 10 All political power comes from the people. The Government is instituted for their protection , security and benefit, and the people have the right to alter or reform it when the common good so requires.
Article 11 The executive power is exercised by the Governor . The Governor form the Government of the Federation and appoint the Commissioners. Also chairs the Legislative Assembly .
Article 12 The Governor is elected by universal suffrage by the citizens of majority voting rights in Atlantis . And ' elected for one year.
Article 13 The legislative power is exercised by Atlantis , elected by universal suffrage by the citizens of majority voting rights in Atlantis . And ' elected for one year. The number of members is five .
Article 14 The judicial power is exercised individually by the judiciary.
Article 15 The Governor or a majority of the Assembly, may resort to referendum on any object of discussion of federal interest . Can vote in the referendum citizens of age entitled to vote at Atlantis .
Article 16 All citizens may present petitions to the Assembly to request legislative measures or to express needs.
DUTIES OF THE CITIZEN
Section 17 E ' citizen's duty to operate within the Federation for the benefit of it and its citizens . The mutual help and support among the citizens of Atlantis is a duty.
Article 18 The citizen must contribute to the defense of the Federation mandatory. Every citizen is automatically part of the armed forces in case of war .
Article 19 Duty of every citizen is to participate actively in the political and social life of Atlantis in order to achieve the common good and its development .
