SPECTER Art. 1 Si modifica l'articolo 5 della legge su "Disposizioni in materia di cittadinanza ed immigrazione" del 25 Maggio 2010 in "Chi non possiede altre cittadinanze micronazionali potrą fare regolare richiesta gratuitamente. Chi possiede gią altre cittadinanze micronazionali non potrą ricevere la cittadinanza st.charliana prima di aver versato allo Stato una tassa decisa a norma di legge; decreto del Primo Ministro; o del Ministro dell'Economia e Tesoro." SPECTER Art. 1 It is changed the article 5 of the law on "Provisions on citizenship and immigration" of May 25, 2010 in "Who does not have other citizenships can regularly request the St.Charlian one for free. Having already other micronational citizenships it is not possible to receive the St.Charlian citizenship before having paid to the State a fee determined by law; decree of the Prime Minister, or decree of the Minister of Economy and Treasury. " |
