Art. 1
Viene modificato l'articolo 7 della legge "Disposizioni in materia di riforma del Regolamento Interno del Parlamento" del 25 maggio 2014 in "La pubblicazione dei Disegni di Legge deve essere pubblicata sul gruppo facebook dell'Assemblea o simili, in modo da garantire che ogni Parlamentare o Membro del Governo possa prendere parte alla discussione del Disegno di Legge. La proposta di legge pubblicata rimane in discussione, senza poter essere messa ai voti, per almeno cinque giorni dalla pubblicazione.
Tutti i Parlamentari hanno diritto ad almeno una replica sul Disegno di Legge. La durata minima di cinque giorni può essere prorogata per i seguenti motivi:
- giustificata impossibilità di un Parlamentare, o di un Membro del Governo, a replicare in merito al Disegno di Legge. Si richiede tuttavia che alla Presidenza pervenga, oltre alla giustificata impossibilità, anche un sommario dei punti sui quali si intende basare la replica.
- svolgimento della discussione "in positivo", ossia la discussione non può ritenersi ancora terminata. Questo status di proroga è applicabile quando lo richiedono i firmatari del disegno di legge oppure un numero non inferiore a 3 persone, tra Deputati e Membri del Governo, che abbiano preso parte alla discussione."

Art. 1
It is change the article 7 of the law "Provisions in the reform of the Internal Regulations of the Parliament" of 25 May 2014 in "The publication of Bills must be posted on the facebook group of the Assembly or similar, in order to ensure that each Member of Parliament or Member of the Government can take part in the discussion of the Bill. The bill remains in question, without being put to a vote, for at least five days of publication.
All MPs are entitled to at least a replica on the Bill. The minimum duration of five days may be extended for the following reasons:
- Justified impossibility of a Member, or a member of the government, to replicate in relation to the Bill. It requires, however, that the Presidency is received, in addition to justified impossibility, even a summary of the points on which you intend to base your reply.
- Carrying out of the discussion "positive", ie the discussion can not be considered finished yet. This extension of status is applicable when requested by the signatories of the bill or a number not less than 3 persons, including deputies and members of the Government, who have taken part in the discussion."
